Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post-operation checks of a commercial vehicle to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety devices, gauges and other components.
• Safely operates vehicles on assigned routes that include roads, residential neighborhoods, and alleys.
• Manually and/or joystick controls in compliance with FCC safety regulations and procedures.
• Engages courteously with coworkers, dispatchers and customers to ensure timely, professional service.
• Monitors vehicle status to keep it operational and minimize downtime.
• Completes required paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains departmental productivity to service clients promptly and effectively.
• Follows safety regulations and procedures at all times.

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Position Summary:The driver's position is responsible for safely operating a Non- Commercial motor vehicle to deliver containers to customers.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Completes a pre/post-operation check of a commercial vehicle in line with FCC regulations to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety devices, gauges, and other components are in correct operating condition.Ensure commercial vehicles are safely operated on allocated routes that encompass roads, residential neighborhoods, and alleys.Ability to manually and/or automate controls and joystick equipment in compliance with the FCC's safety regulations and procedures.Engage courteously with co-workers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure that all services are performed in a timely and professional way.Continuously monitors the vehicle's status to ensure it remains operationally ready to reduce downtime.Completes necessary paperwork and other reports accurately.Maintains departmental productivity standards to ensure all clients are serviced in a timely and effective way.Follows and enforces all safety regulations and procedures.Job QualificationsEducation:High School diploma or GEDExperience and Competencies:Driver’s licenseAbility to lift or carry heavy objects as necessaryFCC is a drug-free workplace.
