TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Louisville Central is hiring Non-CDL Drivers to join our moving crews. No CDL or moving experience required—we provide paid training and opportunities for advancement. Expect full-time schedules, 8–10 hour days, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 75 lbs. or more; physically demanding work.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• No CDL or moving experience required; previous delivery/handson work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely a 26-ft moving truck; perform daily inspections and follow safe driving practices.
• Stay active by loading, unloading, packing, and moving customers’ belongings safely and efficiently.
• Deliver great service by communicating professionally and completing moving paperwork.
• Work as a team to complete jobs safely and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Be your best by showing up on time with a positive attitude.

Full-time employees work an average of 8–10 hours per day, with schedules varying based on business needs.

A Few Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 75 lbs. or more and perform physically demanding work, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening
• No CDL or moving experience required! Previous experience in delivery driving, general labor, landscaping, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work is a plus.
