Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in San Marcos, TX, is seeking a Delivery Driver, Non-CDL to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products to customer locations. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will provide professional customer service and strict adherence to safety standards.

Candidates must be 21+, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background and drug screening. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid and current driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire.
• Proficiency in using GPS systems and operating multiple mobile device platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to designated locations safely and on schedule.
• Load, unload, and secure products using available equipment.
• Provide professional customer service and address inquiries.
• Maintain delivery records, signatures, receipts, and invoices.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and report issues.
• Adhere to road safety regulations, laws, and company policies.
