Job summary

Morales Beverage Group (MBG) is seeking a Delivery Driver, Non-CDL to ensure safe, accurate, and timely deliveries to customer locations. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate delivery records, and support loading, unloading, and vehicle maintenance.

The role requires flexibility for out-of-town assignments and shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Louisiana driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Driving record must meet DOT/MVR guidelines.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work out-of-town, early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to designated locations on schedule, possibly requiring overnight stays.
• Safely load, unload, and secure products using docks, jacks, forklifts, dollies, and ramps.
• Provide professional customer service and address delivery inquiries.
• Accurately maintain delivery records, receipts, and invoices.
• Regularly inspect and report any vehicle issues; maintain cleanliness.
• Comply with road safety, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Follow safety standards for handling fragile, heavy, or oversized items.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate loading and fulfillment.
