Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non CDL) to safely deliver and service products on an assigned route in Charlotte, NC. The role is exempt and averages 45–50 hours weekly, with DOT reporting requirements and direct reporting to the Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities include route adherence, inventory checks, order accuracy, customer communication, and end-of-day procedures. Requires 3–5 years in delivery/distribution and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with material delivery or distribution.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Follow route sequence and deliver all product.
• Communicate delivery issues with Sales Rep where needed.
• Pack Out as Directed and perform end-of-day procedures (AR, inventory).
• Review orders before/after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
