Job summary

DirectPro Logistics is hiring delivery drivers based at our City of Industry, CA facility. This is a non-CDL role with entry-level eligibility, starting pay $23.50 per hour, and a company vehicle provided.

You’ll load, deliver to customers, and use a handheld app for routes. We offer paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company matching, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and opportunities for advancement. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of a delivery van up to 200 times per day.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse each morning for route assignment and package loadout.
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
• Follow GPS-guided delivery routes using a company handheld device and app.
• Complete residential and commercial deliveries on time and reliably.
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop and communicate with dispatch.
• Return to the warehouse at end of shift and complete end-of-day procedures.
