Job summary

Morales Beverage Group seeks a Delivery Driver, Non-CDL for our Houston location. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products to customer locations with strong customer service and safety focus.

Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, responsibilities include loading/unloading, documentation, vehicle upkeep, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Full-time roles with competitive benefits offer growth in a family‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous delivery driver or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid, current driver’s license; reliable, insured transportation.
• Driving record must meet DOT and MVR policy guidelines.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
• Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work out-of-town, early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Proficiency with GPS systems and multiple mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Goods: Safely transport to designated locations per schedule, overnight stays may be required.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load/unload and secure products using docks, hand jacks, power jacks, forklifts, dollies and ramps.
• Customer Service: Provide professional interactions with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Inventory Management: Maintain records of deliveries, signatures, receipts, inventory logs, and invoices.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle; report issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to road safety laws and company policies.
• Safety Protocols: Follow safety standards for handling and transporting goods.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure proper loading.
