Job summary

Vital Delivery Solutions seeks a straight truck delivery driver to join our team in the Boston/Woburn area. This full-time position emphasizes reliability, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to learn quickly; prior driving experience helps but is not required, as all training is provided.

Responsibilities include safely operating a 26-foot straight truck, loading/unloading, following daily routes, using a smartphone to complete manifests, scanning packages, and completing orientation

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with using a smartphone and electronic manifests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle duties with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot straight truck (non-CDL).
• Load and unload supplies between truck and client locations.
• Follow a daily route schedule and complete route manifests electronically.
• Scan packages and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in new hire orientation and mandatory training.
• Be physically able to walk and push a hand truck or cart during deliveries.
