Job summary

Southeast Supply, Inc. is hiring a Non CDL Delivery Driver to join our Tennessee-based team. This full-time role involves picking, packing, and safely delivering products, while keeping an organized warehouse and providing professional customer service.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends off. No overnight travel. This position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and physical activity throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required before final interview). No CDL required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or order-picking experience is required.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and verify customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Deliver products to customers on scheduled routes.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
• Package and label products correctly.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow company safety procedures and operating standards.
• Assist with other warehouse and delivery duties as needed.
