Job summary

Maersk (PILOT) is hiring a Box Truck Driver to work out of our Hanover, MD facility. The role involves loading and unloading freight, performing warehouse tasks, and daily box truck deliveries on a Mon–Fri schedule with possible OT.

Pay starts at $25.00 per hour, with biweekly pay and year-round work. Qualifications include non-CDL with a clean MVR, valid DOT Card, and at least 1 year of verifiable box truck delivery experience in the last 5 years.

Overview

Maersk (PILOT) is hiring a Box Truck Driver with delivery experience to work out of our Hanover, MD facility.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour. Biweekly. The stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range; final starting salary will be discussed with the selected candidate in accordance with all applicable laws.

Schedule and Compensation

Shift hours: Mon – Fri, start times 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. depending on daily route (OT if/when needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight (residential / commercial).
• Perform duties within the warehouse.
• Some assembly may be required.
• Box truck delivery duties as part of daily routes.

Qualifications

• Non CDL with a CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD.
• Valid DOT Card.
• At least 1 full year of verifiable straight/box truck delivery experience within the last 5 years.
• All drivers must be at least 21 and able to pass background requirements.
• Experience in warehouse environment is a plus.
