Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to safely deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and other customer locations in Orlando, FL. You will operate a company delivery vehicle, load and unload goods, verify invoices, and maintain accurate delivery records.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. You should be reliable, detail oriented, and able to build positive relationships with customers

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles according to regulations and safety standards.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns.
• Verify delivery orders and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect signatures.
• Provide professional customer service during interactions.
• Communicate delivery status with Supervisors and team.
• Follow proper lifting/loading techniques and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory as needed.

The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, bars, and other customer locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires operating a company delivery vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, inspecting vehicles before and after routes, verifying delivery invoices and documentation, and ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a valid driver's license, a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift, move, and deliver beverage cases, kegs, and related products throughout the workday.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver products to customer locations according to established routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and transport products, including cases, kegs, and related merchandise.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other required documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and placed according to customer requirements.
• Collect signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and commercial team members regarding delivery status or issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting, loading, and unloading techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
