D&M Industries in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to deliver building materials within a 150-mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead. You will operate a box truck, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent customer service on every stop.

Starting pay ranges from $19.46 to $21.00 per hour, with DOT certification and a clean driving record as prerequisites. This role offers steady daytime hours and opportunities to grow with a 100% employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.
• 1+ years of delivery or driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 20-foot box truck to deliver building materials to customers and job sites.
• Lift and move materials up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and techniques.
• Ensure delivery accuracy and collect customer signatures.
• Maintain DOT medical certification and follow all DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your vehicle in top shape.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Help out in the warehouse when needed.
• Keep accurate records and report any issues promptly.

Starting Pay

What We're Looking For:

• 21 years of age or older

• 1+ years of delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Experience in construction or logistics is a plus!
