Cavalier Distributing is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring premium craft beverages across Indiana to local bars, restaurants, and stores. You’ll drive a box truck, unload inventory, and provide outstanding customer service as the face of Cavalier.

Enjoy a 4-day workweek, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $9,000+ yearly in safety and performance bonuses. Full benefits begin after 60 days, plus a Beer Reimbursement Program. Route knowledge and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Formación

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Strong customer-facing communication and friendly attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a box truck and deliver craft beverages to bars, restaurants, and stores across Indiana.
• Unload and move inventory safely (up to 175 lbs) and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Support payment processing and routing documentation on deliveries.

Your Mission

You are the face of Cavalier. You’ll drive a box truck, hit the road, and deliver premium craft beverages across Indiana.

• Drive safe: Navigate your routes responsibly and follow all INDOT regulations.


• Get a workout: Unload and move heavy inventory like kegs and cases (up to 175lbs)


• Inspect: Run pre and post trip vehicle checks


• Manage: Keep paperwork accurate and handle basic payment management

Requirements

Job Requirements

• A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (MVR)


• A solid understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving.


• Top-notch communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.


• Basic math skills


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and HPE (Human Performance Evaluation)
