Cavalier Distributing Company is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our team and efficiently deliver craft beverages to bars, restaurants, and retailers. This role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, customer service, and accurate paperwork in a box truck, with a focus on reliability and professional conduct.

The position offers a 4-day work week, immediate PTO accrual, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days, including Health, Dental, Vision, a 6% 401(k) match, and a product reimbursement

Formación

• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Understanding of traffic laws and a commitment to defensive driving.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic numerical skills for order and delivery paperwork.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to bend and stoop.

Responsabilidades

• Operate vehicles safely and adhere to all DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Load, unload, and maneuver product (weights generally between 30 and 165 pounds).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any safety issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and execute cash management duties with integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer relations that reflect our professional standards.
