Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct the general kitchen staff and food preparation duties.
• Develop recipes and ensure supplies and materials are purchased and available.
• Maintain client and employee communications to improve service quality.
• Direct, schedule, train, supervise, coach and develop staff.
• Plan and implement an effective staff-training program.
