Job summary

CyberSearch is seeking a Node.js Developer in NY, NY to join our solutions team and build robust business logic APIs. The role involves creating CRUD APIs for Cosmos DB via Azure Functions, ensuring security and coding standards while leveraging MongoDB and REST interfaces.

Ideal candidates will have ES6+ JavaScript experience, familiarity with WebPack, WebSocket, and Axios, and a collaborative mindset to learn and apply new techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience writing server-side JavaScript and Node.js APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ES6+ JavaScript.
• Experience with MongoDB and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions and cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and write business logic API in NodeJS with solution team.
• Write CRUD APIs and manage them for Cosmos DB using Azure functions.

• Develop application logic as per user stories.

Responsibilities

• Work with solution team and lead specialist in building and writing business logic API in NodeJS.
• Writing CURD APIs and managing them for document DB (COSMOS DB) using Azure functions.
• Making sure the API are written as per coding standards and hardened by applying security standards.
• Developer application logic as per requirements specified in stories.
• Performance improvements in existing NodeJS code.
• Write complex mongo aggregate queries.
• Strong team player with positive attituded and eager to learn and try new techniques
• Data injection into databse by calling external API (JSON or Excel)
• Call external API using Axios library and authentication

Skills

• Experience with Servicer side JavaScript.
• Experience in Object Oriented JavaScript coding using ES6 standards.
• Experience working with WebPacks.
• Experience in WebSocket.
