Gravity IT Resources is hiring for two Openings: Junior/Mid and Mid/Senior Node.js/Angular Full Stack Developers. The role is contract-to-hire and on-site four days a week in Charlotte, NC.

You will develop, test, and maintain web applications and DV proprietary analytics modules, following the SDLC. This senior-level role requires technical leadership, strong problem solving, and the ability to guide other developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) required.
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with full-stack development using Node.js and Angular.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Perl, and C/C++.
• Ability to work on-site four days per week in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade full-stack applications using Node.js and Angular.

2 Openings for Node.js / Angular Full Stack Developer

1 Jr-mid level and 1 mid - senior level

Contract to hire

4 days a week ONSITE in Charlotte NC

The Developer Analyst II is a senior full stack developer role. They will utilize various software development languages to write, edit, maintain, and test computer software. They follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to plan, design, build, test, and deploy software applications, including web portals, DV proprietary analytical modules and SQL applications. In addition to creating new software, the role will also improve and maintain existing software. This is a senior role that requires creativity, technical leadership to other developers and independent development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Production Code - Develop user-friendly, reliable code that will run in a production environment, with clear documentation for others to follow.
• Software Maintenance - Improve and maintain the working order of existing software. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. Leader in root cause analysis of system issues.
• Software Testing - Test the code to determine if
  • it satisfies the user requirements
  • it produces correct numbers
  • it runs efficiently
  • it runs without crashing
• Utilize Development Standards - Utilize software principles, strategies and architectures as defined by the Enterprise Architect (Git, Archiving Process, JIRA, Web Technologies, etc.). Identify improvement recommendations to Enterprise Architect to achieve best practices and high performance.
• Design - Analyze user requirements/stories and convert requirements to design documents.
