Our rapidly growing,hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Board Certified or BoardEligible Nocturnist to join our collaborative and highly respected hospitalistprogram. This full-time position offers a balanced 15-on/15-off schedule, modernfacilities, and the support of a full complement of in-house specialties. Thisis a unique opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art medical center thatdelivers comprehensive care with strong specialty support, an open ICU, and awork culture that prioritizes physician well-being and professional growth.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-time hospital-employedposition
• 15 on / 15 off nocturnistschedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Work alongside a dedicatednocturnist counterpart and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician
• Supported by TelemedicineCritical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists
• Procedure experiencepreferred, but not required
• Experienced day hospitalistteam with 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
• 1:5 nursing-patient ratio,adjusted for acuity
• Average hospitalist dailycensus: 15 patients
• Access to state-of-the-artdiagnostics and technology

Hospital Features:

• 36-bed acute care hospitalwith full specialty backup
• 10-bed Open ICU
• 2 catheterization labs with8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
• 5 operating rooms plus4-room ambulatory surgery center
• 5 dedicated observation beds
• 8-bed Emergency Departmentwith experienced, responsive staff
