Sound Physicians is seeking a nocturnist in Fort Worth, Texas to cover overnight shifts in a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support. The role follows a 7-nights-on, 7-nights-off schedule with EPIC EMR and a collaborative team culture.

Board-certified or eligible in family or internal medicine is required; 2026 graduates are welcome. Sound provides visa sponsorship, in-house licensing help, a comprehensive benefits package, and a CME allowance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• We are open to 2026 graduates.
• We sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing and credentialing support; all visa filing fees are covered by Sound.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex cases in a closed ICU environment with 24/7 intensivist coverage.
• No procedures or codes are required for nocturnist duties.
• EMR is EPIC and the nocturnist participates in a 7-night-on/7-night-off schedule.
