Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Nocturnist Physician for overnight hospitalist coverage in Worcester, MA. Start ASAP with shifts 7:30 PM–7:30 AM, 7:30 AM–7:30 PM available as needed. Population per shift is 5–8 with NP support on night shifts.

Requirements include active Massachusetts medical license, board certification, BLS, ACLS, and DEA. Credentialing typically completes within 30 days. EPIC EMR is used for charting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts medical license required.
• Board certification in family medicine or related specialty.
• BLS, ACLS and DEA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient coverage for admitted patients.
• Manage per-shift census of 5–8 patients.
• Document care in EPIC EMR and coordinate with NP support.
