Position

Division of Hospital Medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center currently seeks a full-time nocturnist. The successful candidate will be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. Consideration will be given to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and non-teaching shifts; variable schedule depending on service.
• Participate in career development and growth in non-clinical services such as research, quality improvement, and medical education.
• Contribute to an environment of mentorship and support within the division.
• Engage in activities that support transparency and faculty engagement.
• Collaborate with the UMass Chan Medical School for longitudinal training, continuing education, access to technology, research, and clinical trials.
• Join a large, integrated multispecialty group with opportunities within UMass Memorial Medical Group (Worcester).

Compensation and Location

Hiring Range: $245,000 – $287,000
