Health First Medical Group is seeking a Nocturnist on Florida's Space Coast with a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule (7 p.m.–7 a.m., Tue–Mon). The role offers competitive base pay with production bonus opportunities, a welcome bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, PTO, tail coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board-eligible physicians must be within two years of completing residency.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• No procedures required.
• Assist with admissions during swing shift.
• Collaborative care environment with access to a full spectrum of specialists.
• Option to pick up extra shifts.
