Job summary

Ochsner LSU Health System – Monroe Medical Center & LSU Health Sciences Center seeks applicants for Hospitalist Nocturnist. Must be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and eligible for Louisiana licensure. J-1/H-1 visas accepted, with a pathway for green card sponsorship.

This is an Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine position with a 7 on/7 off schedule. You will work in a collegial, multidisciplinary team; leadership input at administrative levels is

Qualifications

• Must be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and eligible for active Louisiana Medical Licensure.
• J-1/H-1 visas accepted, with pathway for green card sponsorship.
• Graduating Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a collegial, multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans for each patient.
• Provide physician leadership input at all levels of administration.
• Procedures not required.
