TeamHealth is seeking a full-time nocturnist physician to join our established hospital medicine program. You will work a dedicated 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule and collaborate with an experienced team including advanced practice clinicians and specialists to deliver high-quality inpatient care.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, open ICU co-management when needed, and strong clinical support within a physician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Comfortable practicing hospital medicine in a nocturnist role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient care as a nocturnist in a hospital medicine program.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and advanced practice clinicians to ensure seamless patient care.
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on safe transitions and outcomes.
• Experience in an open ICU environment is preferred; co-management with intensivists as needed.
