MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join its Hospitalist service as a Nocturnist at the MercyOne West Des Des Moines Medical Center. The role offers a base salary with incentives, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, paid malpractice and a 403B Match.

The Nocturnist will cover 7 days on/7 days off with ICU involvement and APP support, delivering high-acuity care to a community hospital. Telehealth may be added in the future.

Qualifikationen

• BC/BE Internal Medicine physician.
• Hospitalist service as a Nocturnist.
• Comfort w/procedures preferred but not required.
• ICU coverage w/Pulmonary Critical Care consultation.
• Admissions average 8 per 12 hr shift with APP support until midnight.

• Provide nocturnist coverage on hospitalist service.
• Collaborate with ICU and PCC for critical cases.
• Manage admissions and patient care during night shifts.
• Coordinate with APPs to ensure coverage and support.
