Compensation includes base pay for third shift: $150–$198 per hour depending on experience and shift type, with overtime, productivity bonuses, and a quality incentive program. Sign-on, relocation, and student loan forgiveness options are available.

• Ability to work night shifts and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnist coverage with 7 on / 7 off rotation.
• Respond to ICU codes and manage critical care needs.
• No procedures required as part of this role.
