HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Nurse Midwife to practice in the SE Houston community (Webster, TX). This 100% inpatient nocturnist role operates on a 7on/7off schedule with 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am).

You will provide back-up coverage for OB hospitalists and support a collaborative OB team. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive, energetic team, with a rich benefits package, relocation assistance, and a guaranteed salary.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM).
• Experience in obstetric inpatient settings is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with OB hospitalists.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 obstetric inpatient care as part of the nocturnist team.
• Support OB hospitalists and coordinate patient care during shifts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive, high‑performing team.
