Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the hospitalist team at AdventHealth Redmond in Rome, Georgia. The role involves floor calls and assisting the physician with admissions and discharges.

The night shift runs 6pm–6am on a 7-on, 7-off schedule, with an average of nine night admissions and a collaborative team-based environment. Inpatient NP/PA experience is preferred, and ACNP certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year NP/PA inpatient experience preferred.
• Acute care NP certification (ACNP) preferred.
• Night shift schedule 6pm–6am with a 7-on/7-off block.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor calls and assist the physician with admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with hospitalist team to ensure smooth patient handoffs and care coordination.
• Support coverage for hospitalist services during night shifts.
