Doctor's Choice Placement Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a full-time nocturnist position in the West Palm Beach metro area.

The role is night-shift only, with a salary upwards of $300,000 plus RVU bonuses from day one. 24/7 advanced practitioner support and Meditech Expanse EMR are in place. The facility offers a strong benefits package and a 7/7 block schedule that frees up half the year.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Licensed to practice in Florida with hospital-based privileges.
• Willingness to work the night shift in a full-time nocturnist role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnist inpatient care in a metro West Palm Beach hospital.
• Coordinate with specialists and 24/7 support staff for patient management.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and comply with hospital policies.
