Job summary

Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a nocturnal hospitalist role in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The position offers 7 days on/7 days off and 7:00pm–7:00am shifts with 4–6 admissions per night, plus procedures and ventilator management.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our team in a dynamic nocturnal hospitalist role.
This position is ideal for an independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, community-focused care.

Responsibilities

Manage an average of 4–6 admissions per night.
Perform intubations and line placements.
Respond to codes and provide ventilator management.
Access to specialty support via tele-cardiology, tele-infectious disease, and tele-neurology.
Work alongside a strong, supportive nursing team.
Participate in committees and contribute to organizational initiatives.
