Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking an experienced nocturnist critical care physician to join a dynamic Critical Care team. The position emphasizes collaboration with an established group and a 7 on/7 off schedule, with two physicians plus APP support on nocturnist shifts.

The ideal candidate will be an MD, board-certified or eligible in Critical Care, with Georgia licensure and a Pulmonary/CC fellowship preferred but not required. 3–4 years post-fellowship is valued.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care.
• Active license to practice medicine in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care preferred but not required.
• Ideal candidate has 3–4 years of post-fellowship experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an experienced Critical Care team.
• Fulfill a full-time nocturnist role with 7 on/7 off schedule when applicable.
• Work with well-trained staff and APP support.
• Ensure high-quality patient care with team-based approach.
