Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, a 280-bed community teaching hospital and member of the Yale New Haven Health System, is seeking a hospital medicine nocturnist to join a collaborative team in coastal Connecticut. This nocturnist role offers a balanced mix of autonomy and teamwork with strong physician and APC support and access to advanced clinical resources.

Join a program with a two-clinician night team, manageable volumes, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Two-clinician night team with nocturnist and an advanced practice clinician
• Fewer than 10 admissions per night shared between clinicians
• In-house APC support for ICU patients overnight, backed by Yale Tele-ICU services
• No procedures required
• Epic EMR
• Access to major medical and surgical specialties
• Flexible scheduling options available
