TeamHealth seeks an experienced NP or PA to join our hospital medicine team at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. This is a full-time inpatient role with a 7-on/7-off night shift schedule designed to improve work-life balance.

Applicants with prior hospital medicine experience and active NP/PA licenses (DEA where applicable) are encouraged to apply. TeamHealth provides tail coverage, liability insurance, and CME benefits to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Hospital medicine experience as NP or PA is required or highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a hospitalist team at a Level I center.
• Current NP/PA licenses and DEA registration pursued.

Responsibilities

• Join the hospital medicine team at Johnson City Medical Center.
• Provide patient care in inpatient settings alongside physicians.
• Participate in on/off night rotation and care coordination.
