Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced per diem advanced practice clinician to join our hospital medicine nocturnist team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts, with the opportunity to also support Saint Vincent Hospital on a per diem basis.

This night shift role offers collaborative on-site physician support, cross-hospital coverage, and competitive hourly pay with a night differential. NP or PA with inpatient HM experience and MA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with inpatient HM experience.
• Current MA license (or ability to obtain) and ACLS certification.
• Flexibility to work at both hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult medical patients during the overnight shift.
• Admissions, cross-cover, and acute patient management.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
