Sound Physicians in Frederick, Maryland is seeking a nocturnist Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our hospitalist team. You will work exclusively overnight in the observation unit, handling admissions, rounds, and cross-coverage with two nocturnist physicians, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Hospitalist NP with nocturnist experience.
• Board-certified NP with hospital-based practice.
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform admissions and cross-coverage with 2 nocturnist physicians.
• Round, admit, and occasionally discharge in the observation unit.
• Support rapid response and codes as part of the hospitalist team.
