Job summary

UNC Health Appalachian is recruiting a full-time nocturnist to cover a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. Expect about seven patient encounters per shift, including admissions and consults, with APP assistance for admissions.

You will work closely with family medicine residents; no procedures are required. The position offers sign-on, relocation, a yearly bonus, CME stipend, health and retirement benefits, and paid malpractice.

Qualifications

• 7on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm).
• APP help with admissions.
• EPIC experience a plus.
• No procedures necessary.

Responsibilities

• Average 7 patient encounters per shift (admissions / consults).
• Work with FM residents.
