Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is partnering with a Charlotte-area not-for-profit hospital to recruit a Nocturnist for a growing department. This role supports a 7on/7off schedule with a mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts, backed by a robust team of hospitalists, nocturnists, and APPs.

The position offers a strong base salary with incentives, relocation assistance, and additional shift pay. Benefits include PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and retirement with employer match. Visa support is not available.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 40 Hospitalists and Nocturnists backed by inter-disciplinary support.
• Nighttime shift coverage is handled by 2 teams of 6 nocturnists.
• No procedures or ICU coverage required; 24/7 intensivist coverage.
