Mercy Medical Group (MMG) in Sacramento is seeking a Nocturnist physician to join a large, award-winning hospitalist program affiliated with Dignity Health. The role offers night shifts, flexible self-scheduling, and privileges across five major Sacramento hospitals, with a strong emphasis on high-quality, compassionate acute care.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified/board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, hold an active California license, and possess DEA certification.

• Maintain professional autonomy within a supportive hospitalist program.
• Schedule consists of 10-hour night shifts, with 165 shifts per year.

Scheduling/Structure
