Lindsay Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities, coordinate resident care, and ensure high-quality services in a patient-focused environment.
The role includes supervising LVNs/LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, managing rounds, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations. A BSN and current RN license are required, with PCC experience preferred.
The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) when applicable, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Assist with the overall supervision of and management of the nursing staff.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Current Registered Nursing License (RN), current CPR certification. Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred. Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing. Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
The essential functions of this position require the following physical abilities: Standing and/or walking very frequently. Sitting occasionally. Reaching with hands and arms frequently, pushing/pulling very frequently. Talking and/or hearing very frequently. Tasting and/or smelling very frequently. Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally. Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception in vision with ability to adjust focus. Minimum travel may be required.

We are proud to offer our staff low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows:
$45.00 per hour depending on experience and education. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
