Job summary

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking part-time Caregivers (Resident Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants / Trained Medication Aides) to provide exceptional personal care for our residents. This role supports individuals with physical and mental health challenges in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

As a Caregiver you will assist with daily living activities, medication administration when required, and maintain accurate records while communicating health status with the care team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassion for individuals with physical and mental health challenges.
• Experience with patient care, medication administration, or basic medical terminology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs.
• Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Providing individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a part-time Caregivers (Resident Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants / Trained Medication Aides) to provide exceptional personal care for our residents.
