Vero Networks is seeking a senior NOC Engineer (Tier III) to join the Network Operations Center in a remote United States role. The candidate will lead advanced troubleshooting, coordinate escalations, and mentor junior NOC staff across fiber transport and IP core networks.
Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in NOC/ISP environments, deep IP networking expertise (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and hands-on experience with Juniper, Cisco, and MikroTik.

The NOC Engineer – Tier III is a senior technical role within the Vero Network Operations Center (NOC), responsible for ensuring network reliability, performance, and uptime across our national fiber and IP transport infrastructure. This position provides advanced NOC monitoring, troubleshooting, andescalationleadership, supporting internal teams and interfacing directly with engineering, field operations, and vendors. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver and technical mentor with deep experience in fiber transport, IP core networks, and NOC operations. We are currently hiring for 1 open position.
