Job summary

Dimensions Living Green Bay is seeking a NOC Caregiver for the 10:00pm–6:00am shift to support seniors in a warm, welcoming environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and help residents stay engaged in social and wellness programs.

Qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and excellent communication. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate resident care including activities of daily living.
• Support a safe and healthy environment, monitor health and report changes to staff.
• Promote engagement and well-being by encouraging participation in activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, dining, and activity staff to coordinate holistic care.
