Job summary

Starlight Senior Living in Baraboo, WI seeks a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant for a part-time NOC shift. You will help residents with personal care, manage medications, monitor conditions, and perform light housekeeping to keep our community safe and comfortable.

We value excellent attendance and a genuine desire to work with seniors. CBRF certificates are preferred. On-site benefits include meal periods and flexibility with scheduling.

• Assist residents with showering, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs.

• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
