Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the day shift at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee.

The CNA provides direct patient care to incarcerated individuals, assisting with hygiene, daily living needs, and vital signs under supervision. Must hold a Tennessee CNA license and current CPR; one year in related settings is preferred. Shift is Monday–Friday during business hours, with excellent benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Tennessee CNA license is required.
• Current CPR is required.
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff.

We are currently seeking a full-time, day shift Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee.

The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

Pay ranges from $19 - $23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Tennessee CNA license
• Current CPR
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
