Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an organized, independent maintenance professional for Victoria Park Apartments in St. Paul, MN. The role involves preparing vacant units, performing maintenance tasks, and conducting inspections in a professional, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, on-call emergency work as needed, and assisting the Community Manager on special projects. A high school diploma and hands-on trades experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in the multi-family industry.
• Hands-on plumbing, painting and electrical experience.
• On-call availability is mandatory with own tools.
• CPO certification and HVAC knowledge are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares vacant units to market-ready condition.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings.
• Completes regular inspections and responds to service requests.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Assists the Community Manager on special projects.
• Reports maintenance concerns for repairs.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; keeps them clean.
• Monitors mechanical equipment; ensures safe work practices.
