First Watch is seeking a friendly Busser to support our breakfast, brunch, and lunch service in Charlotte. You will play a key role in maintaining a spotless dining area and quick table turnover to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Work includes clear communication with Hosts and Servers, assisting with resetting tables in under 3 minutes, and performing light duties like light housekeeping and stocking silverware. We value teamwork and guest-ready presentation.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well and value teamwork.
• Ability to clean and reset tables quickly.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping and other duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables within 3 minutes.
• Signal table readiness to Hosts.
• Update Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping, roll silverware, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
