Job summary

Rexel USA in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Warehouse Route Driver to deliver products to customers and branch locations in a delivery van or box truck. Schedule is Monday–Friday from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM with paid holidays and PTO.

Role may include training responsibilities for entry-level drivers and mentorship within the team. The position requires you to comply with DOT rules, maintain vehicle condition, and accurately complete delivery documentation, while ensuring orders are correct and

Qualifications

• Must attend company driver training if lacking experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle for defects and complete a daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; report needed repairs.
• Follow DOT and state driving regulations.
• Load/unload vehicle and verify material accuracy and condition.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery as needed.
• Complete all delivery documentation with customer signature and packing lists.
• Pick up material returns and verify condition, quantities, catalog numbers.
• May train entry level drivers and provide coaching.
• Support other warehouse duties such as stocking or shipping as needed.
