Job summary

Employment Solutions is recruiting a delivery driver for a Fletcher, NC beverage distributor. No CDL required. You will handle local routes, deliver and stock products, and maintain displays while building strong customer relationships.

Starting pay is $48,100 per year with a Monday–Friday schedule, home daily, and a company vehicle. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and an annual Christmas bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, independent worker with strong attendance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery truck on local routes.
• Deliver, unload, and stock beverage products at customer locations.
• Build and maintain attractive product displays.
• Rotate inventory and ensure shelves remain fully stocked.
• Complete delivery documentation using a handheld device.
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
