New drivers can start with CDL training covered by the company, and there are opportunities to earn substantial weekly pay based on miles and performance Team and solo lanes offer different miles targets, with potential weekly earnings up to $3,500 under lease purchase and incentives including 24/7 roadside assistance.

New drivers will start out in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Routes subject to experience and availability in your area.

Solo OTR

Prefer to drive solo? Earn steady pay with complete freedom in your truck as a solo driver.

• Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week
• Earn more each week with up to an additional $.10 CPM in performance pay

Team

Joining another driver as a Team is one of the best ways to accelerate your pay potential. When you team up, the miles and paychecks increase right away.

• Team drivers start earning at $0.55 CPM and receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months
• More miles - with priority loads teams can average 5,000 miles per week

Lease Purchase

The Lease Purchase program is a great way to have the opportunity to run your own mini business.

• Earn as much as $3,500/week with more miles and fuel incentives
• Have backup 24/7 with Road Rescue

Driver Mentor

Being a Mentor is one of the most rewarding experiences in trucking. Not only do you get to help the next generation of drivers, there is also the opportunity to earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
