Job summary

Shopko Optical in Austin & Albert Lea, MN is seeking an optometrist to join our experienced team. You will have autonomy to build the practice you want while receiving full ancillary support to focus on delivering high-quality eye care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting, refractive services, and disease management, with cataract/refractive surgery co-management. This is a no-call position with a dedicated support staff.

Qualifications

• OD degree from ACOE approved College of Optometry
• Ability to communicate with customers and teammates
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams
• Perform contact lens fittings
• Offer refractive services
• Diagnose, treat, and manage eye diseases
• Co-manage cataract and refractive surgery
